Dear Mr. Tschopp,

Proposal for the Development of Global Village

Target: For poor and young people can reach the goal of traveling to other countries to work and being educated.

Details:

It aims at developing global villages in some developing countries to foster education and employment as well as exchange opportunities to realize the United Nations’ Human Rights Constitution the right of moving across borders. We make effort to finance their travel expenses such as ships, trains, etc. for them to have experience to go to global villages. They can work in order to compensate their living expenses in the global villages. When they leave global villages, we will have ceremonies and will assess their work experience as a qualification for them to further their employment in their home countries. The duration of each visit is about 3 months. They can stay longer in the global villages or we arrange them back to home countries afterwards.
Distribution of Global Villages will be in every corner of five continents. Countryside of every cities are our development targets. Firstly, we will develop Taiwan Region first including Taipei, Tainan, Taichung, Kaohsiung, and other cities’ countryside areas.
Global Villages cover the following areas: industry, commerce, education, entertainment and sports. There will be no difference between global village and the city areas after development.
Financial resources to develop global villages: Firstly, the purchase or rental of land to develop global villages. The budget calculated to spend is US$60 billion including the value of land. In the process of development, global villages will be listed in the stock markets. 1/3 of the budget will be in the form of loan and 2/3 of the budget will use the shares as mortgage to finance. Dividends will cover the administrative expenses. The shares can be freely transacted in the market. Interest paid to the banks will be determined by negotiation.
The roles of banks in the global villages are important. Banks which granting loans will have the advantages to open branches and conduct businesses exclusively in the global villages.
The timetable of payment of the US$60 billion loan:
The first stage is that when land be granted to develop the global villages.
The second stage is when global villages are listed in the stock exchanges.
The third stage is that after the first and second stages are completed, 1/3 of the loan be released. Shares of Global villages will be as mortgage use.
All procedures of the loan will be done by law firms in Taipei, as well as in Geneva.
